Product collection at The Hammer

Product orders are for counter collection at Hammer reception. Shipping and home delivery are not offered through the website.

Collect when your order is marked Ready to collect. Show your order code at the counter. A confirmed payment marks the order paid and ready; collection is recorded separately when the goods are handed over. Contact +960 339 3525 or muaz@thehammer.mv if you need help with collection.

Memberships and services

Gym memberships and services are provided at The Hammer in Malé, Maldives. They are not shipped or delivered to a home address.

UAT testing — no real fulfillment

After authenticated bank confirmation, new test memberships activate automatically, test renewals extend the synthetic expiry, and test upgrades/services create simulated InBody entitlements. This does not enable real W2 access or a real InBody scan.

Test product orders deduct only synthetic stock once and become ready for simulated collection. They are never marked collected automatically. No real goods, collection, delivery, import or export are available through UAT. Live BML payments remain disabled pending bank approval.
