Purchase terms and no-refund policy

Review before payment

The checkout shows the selected membership, service or product, price in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR), applicable GST and final total before payment. Purchase eligibility, validity and visit or test limits are shown for the selected package.

You will be redirected to BML Payment Gateway. Card details are handled on BML’s hosted page. Hammer does not collect or store your card details.

A pending payment is not approval. Keep the purchase reference and do not pay again while a confirmation is pending. Hammer checks the bank confirmation automatically.

No-refund policy

Hammer does not offer refunds for membership, renewal, upgrade, service or product purchases, including collected products. Cancelling your use of a paid purchase does not create a refund. Review your selection and the final total carefully before paying.

This policy does not remove any rights or remedies that apply under Maldives law. If you believe there is a duplicate charge, payment error or problem with what you purchased, contact Hammer with your purchase reference.

Existing membership arrangements

Hammer’s published gym rules, package limits and face enrolment requirements continue to apply. Services activate after confirmed payment; product collection follows the collection policy.
